Trust Deed Alternatives

If you are looking for an alternative to a Trust Deed, One Advice can offer you other solutions to your debt problem.

IVA - Trust Deed Equivalent for non-Scottish Residents.

If you think that you would qualify for a Trust Deed but you are not a Scottish resident, then you might want to consider an IVA. Like a Trust Deed, an IVA is suitable for those with high debt levels (over £15,000) and are struggling to make repayments. Any debts that you cannot afford are automatically written off as part of the agreement.

Debt Management Plan - An Informal Creditor Arrangement

If you have unsecured debts under £15,000 and struggle to make repayments, then a Debt Management Plan could be for you. It is an informal agreement between you and your creditors and allows you much more flexibility than an IVA.

By calling One Advice, you will be able to speak to our fully trained advisors who are in the best position to help guide you through all the available financial options and advise you which one is the most appropriate for you.

Call us today on 0800 048 1752, or fill in our 1 minute Debt Wizard to see what other alternatives might be available to you.

Unsecured debts and Scotland residents only. A PTD should only be considered in extreme circumstances as failure to adhere could result in Sequestration (The Scottish legal term for Bankruptcy). Debt write off applies only where the PTD is agreed by your creditors and you have completed the, typically, 36 month term. Once your PTD commences, your monthly contribution is fixed and that is all you have to pay. There are no additional fees on top. The fees, paid by your creditors, are taken out of your monthly contributions to your PTD and will be notified to you in advance. Some homeowners may be required to remortgage. Terms & Conditions Apply.
