If you are approved for an IVA by your creditors, then your IVA allows you to make just the payments you can reasonably afford for a set period. Upon completion of the agreed period  - which typically lasts for 60 months – the remaining debt is legally written off as part of the IVA.

So, upon completion of your IVA you will be debt free and can make a fresh start.
