We need talented individuals who have a unique ability to listen and understand the needs of our clients. Many of our roles don’t require a financial background as full training will be provided, but what we do need are people who are willing to help put our clients on the path to becoming debt free.

One Advice are currently recruiting for the following vacancies:

Call Centre
We are looking for professional individuals to work in a fast-paced working environment. You will have to speak to potential clients to access their financial situations to see if their finances could benefit from one of the One Advice debt solutions.

An excellent telephone manner is essential in a role where communicating effectively and professionally to clients is paramount, and previous-experience of working in a call centre would be desirable.

Advisors
We are looking for advisors who are willing to join an established team. You will be required to follow up requests from potential clients who have debt problems and take detailed information to ensure that they get the best financial advice so that the right debt solution can be found.

Excellent communication and listening skills are required for this role, and you must display a professional and hard-working attitude at all times.

Team Leaders
Are you an experienced team leader who knows how to manage a team to ensure that the needs of our client are looked after? If the answer is yes, then One Advice wants to hear from you.

As a team leader you must possess excellent communication skills and feel confident working in a busy client-orientated call centre. You will have to demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to the team and ensure that your can consistently deliver high quality customer service.

Customer Services
One Advice are looking for hard-working individuals to join our experienced Customer Services team. As part of your job role, you will be responsible for offering consistently excellent levels of customer service to our clients. You will also have to deal with creditor enquires to ensure that our clients are getting the best debt help available.

Previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable, but full-training will be offered to those who offer the right qualities for this role.
