If you would like to become an affiliate of One Advice, we offer numerous ways of doing so and various remuneration arrangements.

One Advice are currently looking to build new relationships with companies who share similar values to our own.

We welcome numerous affiliate methods and sources, such as failed IVAs or clients looking for a solution to their debt problems. One Advice will consider many methods of referral, such as by hot key transfer or email.

We can also offer you a detailed report on a daily or weekly basis and will work with you to find a reporting scheme that suits your needs.

Entering into an IVA may adversely affect your credit rating for up to six years from the date of approval.

Your property will be protected within an IVA but you may be required to release all or part of any equity during the period of the arrangement.

Failure to complete the term of an IVA can result in bankruptcy.

(In Scotland, a PTD is the equivalent to an IVA.)
