Learning and development
Our Learning and Development team deliver Induction training to all our new starters and are committed to delivering further training across all areas of the business to make sure that you can achieve competence in your new job role and continue to progress.
Whether you’re joining us at an operational level or management level, we’re on hand with a variety of learning solutions to help you learn and grow with the business.
We have various internal progression schemes, such as Enterprise and Aspire, to offer a progression route for colleagues and utilise the Apprenticeship Levy to offer professional qualifications. We are proud to say that many of our managers and coaches have progressed into their roles from other positions within the business.
We offer a variety of products across departments, meaning you can develop your understanding of the financial services industry with us. Our modular-based training has been designed to give you the knowledge to deliver the best service possible to our customers.
Continuous personal development
Thanks to the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) initiative, colleagues have two hours per month to invest in their career. They can spend these in a variety of different ways – whether it’s learning soft skills, attending a training course or volunteering within the community.
