Castle Keep Law Granted ABS Licence

The hard work of our diligent legal team at Castle Keep Law has paid off, as our ABS licence has been granted by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.Solicitors Regulation Authority

Dominic Timmons, who has been at the forefront of our efforts to gain the authorisation, commented:

“ABS has provided an exciting development for the law industry in the UK.
These are exciting times! It’s a great opportunity that now affords Castle Keep Law to exist within the One Advice Group and also to attract the talent we need from internal and external arenas”.

Castle Keep Law will provide legal advice and assistance to all One Advice customers, as well as the general public. Such a service fits in with our ethos of providing a holistic service for our clients, adding great value to the products we offer. Dominic adds:

“The flexibility of structure, and investment means Castle Keep Law will have the versatility to move into different legal areas where there is client demand, and be able to process that work efficiently and at a realistic cost for the client”.

“The industry must be entirely customer driven, and lawyers need to understand customer’s needs and demands, then be able to service them, rather than expecting customers to simply accept a level of service and cost which is unattractive. This is a criticism that has been levelled previously at lawyers by both regulators and the general public. The ABS structure of Castle Keep Law within the One Advice Group is entirely the best platform to launch this new, innovative and flexible service to customers”.

Our licence becomes effective on the 31st January 2013, and so we look forward to enhancing our customer experience and opportunities from that date.

Key 103 Mission Christmas

The Key 103 Mission Christmas raises presents for children in Manchester, where our offices are based and many of our staff live. With each gift making a difference to a child in poverty at this time of year, it is a campaign that we were all very pleased to support.
